Crescent Farms Golf Course
About
Formerly known as the Players Club at St. Louis, Crescent Farms Golf Club has undergone more than just a name change with a major course renovation that included lengthening the fairways and reconstructing the bentgrass greens. The course has a parkland layout with mature trees lining the fairways and plenty of water coming into play throughout. There are also numerous strategically placed bunkers that appear along the greensides. Golfers will come across several risk-reward opportunities where good course management and accuracy are the key. One of Crescent Farms Golf Clubs toughest holes comes halfway through the golf course. The par-4 ninth hole begins with an intimidating tee shot protected by two fairway bunkers, a hazard to the left, and tall native grasses to the right. The challenges don't end there either, golfers are then faced with a second shot to a heavily bunkered, sloping double-tiered green.

Good average course
This course isn’t anything spectacular but it is a good course to play for an average round of golf. Fair warning it’s tight so if you spray it off the tee you may be suited to go next door to Aberdeen. This course requires shot shaping in order to put yourself is scoring spots otherwise you’ll have trees and other hazards to navigate. Greens were smooth rolling but slow.
Very nice
Course was in good shape. Greens were very nice but very slow. Bunkers were the only part of the course that had been paid no attention.
Great course
I'm reviewing this course only in an attempt to stop the repeteiive emails asking for me to review this course. I've been receiving daily emails for 2 straight weeks.

I cannot get golf.now to stop asking me to review courses.
Affordable and fun course
Crescent Farms is a very nice course for the price. They have everything you need from practice green and driving range, to nice carts and well manicured course.
Crescent Farms
We were lucky, nice day in December. The greens were in pretty good shape but a lot slower than other courses I have played recently. The tee boxes and fairways were acceptable for this time of year, lots of leaves in the rough, you won’t find your ball there.
My only big complaint about the course is the number of trees (too many) or at least cut the back limbs where they reach out into the fairway (holes number 1, 2, 10, 11, 14) making the tee shot even tighter,
They have improved the condition of the course in the past few years. The clubhouse has been updated, and there in room indoors for the 19th hole. The staff is generally friendly and helpful.
Could use new mats on the driving range, worn and hard.
Rates for me are fair during the week when I can find a hot deal.
Crescent Farms
Great course layout, very good condition, great staff and excellent club house. Highly recommended
Conditions getting better but…..
The course condition is getting much much better than when they were at their low point several years ago. Good lies in the fairway and rough not overly penal…..but, the greens still need some work. They weren’t slow per se but they really didn’t have any speed to them and they were very bumpy which led to putts getting off line quite easily.
Improvements Continue
Thank you Mr. Roberts for continuing to improve this course of yours! The club house and course conditions are much appreciated as your improvements are made. Kudos to the course maintenance staff!
Slow greens
Greens were very slow. Very difficult to get the ball to the whole. I’m used to fairly quick greens. So I guess that’s on me. Yes boxes were cut very high kind of annoying but doable. Pretty cool layout tho makes you have to make decent shots. Would definitely play again. Hopefully I’ll remember to roll the rock with a little more pace
Great course.
The course was in great shape. My only complaint was the food. It was terrible.
Slow greens
If you like paying 65+ dollars for greens that barely roll 7 this is your place. At the price they are charging at least get them to 9.
Greens were incredibly slow and wobbly.
Tee boxes and fairways needed mowing badly.
Unsure why they can’t cut cups daily. They had 3 holes plugged on each green. I understand it takes labor to cut cups but getting 65+ a round you can clearly pay someone to cut cups daily.
Pace of play was excellent 3 hours 49 minutes on a Sunday is beautiful.
Course condition is good but tee boxes and fairways were nonsense at the price they charge.
