A Friendly Venue
I enjoyed playing at Orchard Hills in Paramus, NJ. The people are friendly, the course is somewhat challenging, and it doesn't take the whole day. What else could one ask for?
Orchard holls
Course was nicely manicured.
Fairways were wide and forgiving.
Pace of play was steady, .minimal backups.

Great course to score
I love this course for its short par 4’s and challenging par 3’s. This course is a great combination for all levels. It is maintained perfectly and you wouldn’t think it’s a public course.

Favorite County golf club
This is my favorite Bergen county course. Its always in great condition. i can usually manage to get 9 in before or after work. Its perfect for the busy professorial who doesn't have time for 18 holes. The only down side is the club house..

Horrible staff
Course is simply not worth the money to have the pace of play of a 18 with terrible customer service.

First Time at Orchard Hills
Overall fairly slow pace of play. Overall the course had an interesting layout that my style of play was not used to, so the challenge was great. I know we are getting to the end of the season but the greens needed a lot of help. Fungus on a huge portion of green near one of the holes. Overall I was happy with the course and will be back in the future.

Love this 9 hole.
I enjoy playing this local course. It is a perfect 9 hole round. Although a bit expensive, it is convenient in the Paramus area.

Good 9 Hole Course
Course was in great shape and I enjoyed my round. The price was a bit high for the last tee time and no cart compared to other 9 hole courses in the area. I would play again.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR HASSLE
They have allowed tee times way too close together. When I arrived there were 5 groups behind. The employees were nice, but no one was speeding folks up. The course way way overpriced. So much so that I thought I was golfing 18 holes. This is a 9 hole course for the same rate as many 18 hole courses within 15 miles. The port a potty was NOT cleaned. Picture attached.

Rudest starter I've ever encountered
The starter at the tee box is incredibly rude. Never seen anything like it in my life. Will never play again.

Orchard Hills is a Solid 9 Hole Course!
Easily found in Paramus New Jersey is this 9 hole gem. It's accessible and has a fair about of challenge to the game. It's so much easier to find time to play 9!

sunday round
Slow pace of play, ranger came by my foursome and asked us to pick up the pace while there was a group in front of us. Course in decent condition. Nothing better than what one would expect for a bergen county course.

Hornet infestation on at least 5 holes
Orchard Hills is my favorite course of all the Bergen county tracks. But...there is a nasty in-ground hornet infestation on at least 5 holes. It is only a matter of time until they get angry and attack. They need to do something.
