Not a good value…
Course conditions are good & location is great if you’re coming from the city. However, value is absolutely terrible. $80+ to play here, even on the weekends is pretty absurd.
There are very few memorable holes, off-course amenities are lacking (no driving range or short game area). Staff is never friendly or accommodating - if I pay $80 to play this course and book as a single I expect to ride as a single and not be forced to ride with an older aged woman for the entire round (she was super friendly, but not how I wanted to spend my day off).
Also came with my fiancé on a separate occasion and tried to have her ride along to spectate (on a slow weekday). Was unable to do that, even if I paid full tee time price for her to ride along. I’ve been to plenty of MUCH nicer tracks that allow us to do this & usually don’t even have to pay a fee!

Course was awesome enjoyed playing so much I’m trying to get a membership
Good shape and fun course
Played here for the first time on Thursday. Course was in good shape, pretty nice for a municipal course. Greens were fast. Overall enjoyed the round
Same as always
In excellent condition. Aeration was a few weeks ago so that wasn't an issue. Brand new carts also.
Springing Forward
The day was mild and the field packed for a Tuesday. Spring is just happening and the course is just about finished recovery from a mild winter. The greens were in awesome shape. Tee boxes also good. Looking forward to a return soon.

Course was in good condition, greens were firm. Good day golfing
Average experience
Course is well maintained, but management was a bit off. They overbooked carts, delayed my tee time to wait for one to come back in and I ran out of gas on #16 unsurprisingly. Pace was very slow. Solo cart riders everywhere and misnumbered groups made it a plodding affair. I would go back, but not peak times.
One of the better maintained
I’ve played a number of courses in S Jersey area and Pennsaken course is one of the better ones. They keep up with fairway and green maintenance so they’re not an excuse for poorly hit shots. I have to own all of my mishits haha. Sand boxes are better than most other public courses as well.
This course is great for being public.
Great that we could golf in the middle of the winter and the conditions were good. They should lower the price given the winter conditions.
