I love mozingo
One of the best courses for any level. Mr. Watson did a brilliant job on the Watson 9 if you're looking to pick up the game or just want a quick enjoyable round. Played them both the same day in under 5 hours. The 18 is in great shape and tournament ready!
Great time
Took my son out for some birthday golf.
Only negative of the whole outing was all the construction but understand the try to make things better it will get better wish they would put a signed letting people know where the stairs are to get to the clubhouse other than had a great time
Great course
Mozingo is a well kept secret , one of the best courses in Missouri
Fantastic conditions
Course was in amazing shape for October and love the layout of this course!
Excellent
Best public course in the Midwest. A must play. Great for long weekend trips or just daily.
Fun to play
We could have picked a better day to play, cloudy, but not much wind.
Course was in excellent condition .
The greens were fast but you still had to hit it enough to get to the hole and that made it difficult for me.
great experience
Beautiful course and layout. Great scenery around a lake and lodge.
WORTH THE DRIVE
This is worth the drive. A really good Layout. Typical 90's style architecture. Made to look harder than it plays.
The greens are smooth. Perfect get away from home type of course either from KCMO or Omaha.
Slow Play not advised of Tourney later in the day
Very slow pace of play to begin the round. Arrived early and had group on tee box so headed down. Before teeing off foursome (2 Grandpas with boys 10-11 yoa) came up they had tee time before us so let them go ahead, then a twosome came so let them go. While waiting for fairway to clear starter came down wanted to let us know that all carts needed to be returned by 12:30 as they had a tourney that afternoon. It was now 8:55 our tee time was 8.44 and we still hadn't teed off. This was the first time that we were informed of this. After playing 3 holes in almost an hour because of pace of play. My son and I skipped holes 4 & 5 and went to hole 6 as the course was clear in front of the foursome ( they were on 4 green). We then played at a great pace as next group was 3 holes in front of us. Wished would of been informed of tourney prior to getting to tee box.
Great course
One of the best in Missouri
Nice day
The pace was slow due to the high number of golfers out on the course but everyone was courteous and my group had a great day of golf. Played this course many times over the last few years. Always courteous golfers. Always well maintained. Always friendly service.
Windy Day
This was the first time out this year. I have played the course several times and have an annual golf outing every September for family and friends. It is a great course and very challenging. The wind was blowing around 20 to 30 mph that day. That was the biggest challenge of the day!
Must Play - Best kept secret in NW Missouri!
Even following heavy rain over several days, the course looked great! Carts on cart path only, but very understandable with all of the rain.
Some guy came after me.
Well, my day started off great :). It was hole 8, this guy flew over over the hill did a donut, then flipped his cart on its side, then began cursing at us :(.
Great course
Would love to play it every day; it's worth the drive from Kansas City to Maryville.
Great Course
Great layout! One of the more fun/difficult courses I have played. The weather was bad, rainy and muddy. The course was still in great shape. The only problem I had was with the staff in the clubhouse, the guy working the counter was rude. Still worth playing again.
