Have played the course in scrambles before so was anxious to see how I could play it on my own. The course was in good condition and played long from the Whites as I hadn't played in 6 months and was barely getting 200 yards off the tee. They actually have 5 sets of tees and I would play gold the next time out. Enjoyable round. Because it is on a Military Base you need to bring a passport (or enhanced ID), Driver's License and car registration to be able to get through the main gate. Need to stop at Guest Services before reaching the Gate to get the pass to so you can get through the Main Gate to the course.

I was supposed to play the Concord course but the Person in the Pro Shop, after I checked in and started to walk away, he asked me if I was from out of town. I was, so he asked if I wanted to play the Lexington Course because he had an opening and said it was in better shape and I would really enjoy it. I played Concord when I was there 11 months earlier, so I said yes. Lots of elevation changes, sidehill lies, wonderful views and overall a GREAT experience. I went back into the Pro Shop after finishing and thanked the Young Man again for suggesting I played Lexington. The only bad part was I was joined with a group of six and another single. We were the second group off and we ended up skipping a hole because the other group was slow (almost 3 hours to play 10 holes. After we passed them, we played the last 7 holes in an hour and 15 minutes which gave me time to go back and play #11 before it was too dark. Will definitely go back there again!

Wanted to play this course again for years. Last played here in 2014 when it was called Tuscany. Staff was good then and course was in as nice shape. They switched the nines since I was last here. Greens were true and pace of play was decent. Will play again on my next trip to Las Vegas.

Pace of Play was good. We played in just under 4 hours and needed to as we finished about 15 minutes before it would have been too dark to see. It was a good course for my daughter as she is just learning to play so the distance (4426 from the Red Tees) fit her game. The staff was excellent but the biggest issue was the carts. Had to wait until right at tee time to get our cart. Then it started sputtering on the 3rd hoe so I called and brought out another one. Then the power light started flashing again on the 8th hole so we switched again at the turn. Finished in that one but our playing partner also needed to switch carts after the 14th hole.

The course was in pretty good shape overall. I did not like the bunkers however. The Fairway ones were OK but the ones near the greens did not have much sand in them at all. They were just like the fairway bunkers. Greens were fast. Lots of elevation changes making club selection very important.

When I first booked this I was expecting a lot of water on the course. There was water on almost half the holes but not too many shots where you had to carry the water. It played a little easier then I expected but still had it's challenges. A few Risk/Reward shots made it interesting. Course was booked full but we still played in 4 hours and ten minutes which was good. Only backed up a little on Pat 3's. Will play here again.

We teed off almost 25 minutes late due to back up and waiting on carts. Pace moved OK overall with only a couple bottlenecks. Took 4 hours to play and we finished 18 with very little light. The course was very busy and I am guessing it was Men's Club playing as I didn't see any tee times available earlier then the 12:42 I got. Course was okay, but I thought the greens were a little slow. Fairly open so I think that is why pace of play was OK despite being real busy.

Enjoyed the round. We (foursome) played in about 3 3/4 hours and only had to wait on the last 4 holes when we caught up with the threesome in front of us. Course was in good shape except for the multiple ball marks not repaired on the greens. Started 20 minutes before tee time so didn't even have a chance to look at scorecard.
Played White tees that measured 5500 yards (back tees play 6200 which is about the length I normally play. Will play here again when I come back to Las Vegas,

Looks like an easier layout but ball placement is important to score well. Sneaky hazards you don't know about playing it for the first time. Always like to play courses that the Pro Tours have played. Liked the history of the course and houses in the areas that were posted at some tee boxes.

Course plays 4800 from the back tees. Flat, easy walking course. We played early (4th group off) and played in 3 hours. Not extremely challenging but ;lots of trees so you need to keep the ball in the fairway. Greens were in excellent shape and fairways were very nice.

We teed off at 6 AM and there were already 4 groups ahead of us. We played in just under 3 hours, never holding up the group behind us or waiting on the group ahead of us. greens were in very good shape and the fairways were in good shape. Bunkers were in great shape and fortunately I was only in one of them all day.

Pace of Play was good (under 4 Hours), the tee boxes and greens were in excellent shape but the fairways had recently been aerated so the grass in fairways weren't as good to hit off. The front nine was more typical desert but the back nine had some twists and challenges to it. Staff was great and we enjoyed the round. My only complaint was they used all red flags and the tee markers were different colors and I am red/green colorblind, so I got confused on the tees sometimes and couldn't see the flags when there were trees or greenery behind the greens. So if you are colorblind, it could be a little more difficult.

The course was in good shape and we got started about 50 minutes late due to a par 3 tournament and slight frost delay. We teed off just after 2 Pm and still were able to get 18 holes in. A few blind hots made finding our balls difficult, but we didn't hold up the group behind us. Staff was great letting us know why they were late and getting us out as soon as they could.

We teed off at 1:40 and it was a 5 hour and 25 minute round. We had a 5 some in front of us, but they were playing a best ball so they kept up with the group in front of them. Greens were in good shape but some of the tee boxes were hard to find some grass to tee up in. It was the slowest round I have ever played there.

I liked the course but hadn't played there in 10 years. The greens were in good shape but the fairways were not as green and well kept as I remembered. Pace of Play was great as we teed off on the backside first as 5 foursomes in a mini tournament were teeing off on the front. Made the round quicker and more enjoyable. Disappointing thing was reading the memo on the door when we finished (didn't read it before we played) saying that management was done as of October 21st and status of the course was unknown. So unless someone takes over, Kayak will close. If it does, I'm glad I played it one last time. That may be why it wasn't in as good of shape as before..

A lot of tree-lined fairways, especially on the front. Need to hit the ball straight or it could be a tough round of golf. The course is not long, but keeping the ball in the fairway is huge and the greens were in great shape with a lot of slopes, but they putted true.

For a busy day, we were able to play in 3 Hours and 50 minutes. Had to wait a couple times but moved well. Course was a little dry in spots but overall the course was in good shape.

Course was in excellent condition. Greens were true, staff was friendly, and pace of play was a little slower than I like (4 Hours and 45 minutes).

They aerated the greens 3 weeks ago so they weren't back to great shape, but they were good. A little slower than they were during the summer when they were fast. Course is in great shape as they have done a lot of work on it the past couple years to get it back to the way it was in the early years of the course.

We played here two years ago and enjoyed it. The course was in great shape then (at the time it was called Tuscanny). The course wasn't in quite as good condition this time but was still nice. The biggest issue was the cart. On the 13th hole our cart just quit on us (No power). We had to cal the club house and they did get a new cart out to us right away. They were quick enough to where we didn't have to have the group behind us play through. We heard later that they have been having a lot of issues with their carts and some people have had to have the cart replaced more then once in a round. That is totally unacceptable. We did talk to staff members and they said they are trying to get all the carts replaced.
