Fairways & t boxes bare. Needs irrigation. Could be a very nice course if better taken care of.
Meh
The tee boxes were terrible, fairways like a pasture with lots of clover, greens were ok, although some mounding around the cups was noticebale on more than one hole. $54 was steep given the condition of the course.
Worse than last year
Knew we were in trouble when we got to the course and there was one cart left to take out. We were in line behind two other groups and delayed 20 mins on the first tee. One of the groups had five people with five carts. Course conditions were average and not worth the money paid for. Likely will not be coming back, especially on weekends.
Nice Course
We played the woods side of the course. Nice round. The starter manages the play well. Didn't have to wait for too long Would come back again
Great Value
Played back 18. Other than the slow threesomes in front of us, I had a great time. Played well, weather was great. Tee boxes need to be re sodded & just a few clean ups around the course but its a great value & will play again
Great Course
I always enjoy playing this course every time I come home to visit Lexington, great layout with plenty of challenges...The open layout allows you to easily find your ball, and you will surely use ever club in your bag.
This place is consistently good.
Both courses are consistently well maintained and offer a great layout with some challenges. The trains can be loud sometimes depending on the hole but I'd take that instead of avoiding a house on every drive like most golf courses these days. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Wouldn't mind seeing the price $5 cheaper but I know I'll enjoy my time here.
Rubbish
Yes it’s early in the season, but this track is horrible. The stories from buddy’s about disrepair from tee to green are true. I only played here cuz it was cheap and my first time out this year. It proved to be a waste of $15.
Never Again
Great for beginners and newbies
The woods course is perfect for beginners and newbies to the game!!! Excellent layout without many hazards and even the wooded areas are open to the point where you can play out of them. Staff was fantastic and on a very busy day they teamed people up and kept things moving quickly. Concessions and the range were also well done. If you are PGA level you'll find some issues with the course - tee boxes were average and there wasn't really a rough - just fairway really - greens were pretty spongey and slow. For our group we loved it and will be back plenty over the year as the price is great!
