Springwater Golf Course

I just love this golf course. For just being nine holes I can't get enough. The grass is so green and beautiful and very well kept.
It's a ten in my book.

Very well maintained. The carts are a little less than desirable. Scenic and always in excellent condition. The price is unbeatable. The only thing I would change is to have it be 18 holes rather than 9.

We love Springwater and go often. The course is well maintained and we have only seen crowds a couple of times on the weekend. Generally speaking we feel like we have the course to ourselves. Couple that with the fact that we get a crazy deal through GolfNow.com and it is hard to pass up. $3-5 per person for 9 holes.... I'm in.

Use of a cart could be warrented. Some holes are blind shots, which makes this course challenging. I really enjoyed myself.

I reserved 4 some online, but another friend wanted to join us. They wouldn't let us play 5 even though no one was behind us and they wouldn't give the 5th person the $12 deal that the other 4 got. Then they followed us around to see if we would play with 5. Horrible!!!

fun, inexpensive track that's in a very peaceful, serene location. not too far from pdx-metro area.

I love Springwater.
This 9 hole has every challenge you can imagine. Flats, hills, water, valleys and long and short fairways. Just when you think your doing pretty good playing your local course that is flat and has just a few hazards, then you go to Springwater.
1 and 2 are nice then you are on 3 when you discover getting off the tee is not so easy, down hill and narrow, big open then up on a knoll for the tee. 4 is a short little sucker that may not be as easy as it looks When your on 5 and discover that the fairway goes up a hill from the the tee then you go down the other side and find you can't hit the ball well due to the uneven ground you have to work with.
6,7,8, all are challenging and 9. I'll just say, go play Springwater.

Carts on path only, but that is probably why the fairways are beautiful. Have played here many years, best I have seen.

Staff here is awesome, very friendly and nice. I've been abl to play on this course when others haven't allowed it, due to weather conditions.

Short but surprisingly challenging. Beautiful scenery, very quiet, great local course. Very walkable but lots of hills (good workout!) Only downside were that the greens were heavily watered and slow/bumpy so difficult to putt accurately.

This course is well-maintained and nicely laid out.

A wonderful chance to escape today's often pretentious over hyped, over priced and sometimes disappointing golf venues. Sporty track,lovely setting and meticulous grooming.
Into grand club houses? Then leave this course to me!

We went out at 7:30 and it was so quiet and peaceful. course is in great shape. the crew was working hard with water as we have been in a heat wave

This is a nice course, well worth playing. Can be wet first thing in the morning, ravens WILL take your food items right out of the cart. Lost a sausage mcmuffin (in the bag!) and snickers bar- both whole. I then broke my putter seeking revenge on said raven. Thankfully, they sell clubs in the pro shop, also. Come for adventure on a nice, groomed course.

Owners were way out line
by being so angered with my
son and I for bringing some
beers purchased elsewhere
and driving the cart on the
fairway a few times. We were
so disrespected so I decided
to call it quits and went back
to the clubhouse where the
Owners continued to argue
with us. Granted he had a
right to address this but to be
so angered like he was is not
except able and I therefore I
will not be back.

The course was in great shape and is well maintained. The clubhouse could use some improvement and the men's bathroom is so small a robust man could have a have difficult time getting in.

Springwater is the best 9 hole course in the greater Portland area! The staff is more than accommodating and uber friendly. Great bang for your buck! Layout is hilly but very walkable and the greens are tougher than they appear.

I played here with my eight year old son six times now and he is really starting to enjoy golf. We have never had a problem with slow play there which is a great plus. This is a great all around practice course to get you ready for the spendy rounds.

We did not feel welcome very rude will never go back. Their in the middle of nowhere so you would think they have a hard time finding business anyways. And I'm not the only one on here that feels the same way so that should say something

I thoroughly enjoyed my round of golf as it was early morning with dew still on the trees, the weather was perfect and the grounds amazing. The course was challenging which made it fun to play the only thing I would say is that I would like some more time added to my days so that I could golf at Springwater GC more often.
