Fun course but, not over challenging. The greens had some issues. Otherwise a nice course.

This could be a great course. The layout is fun and it is easy to play. But it is in poor condition.

The guy in the pro shop was not very friendly. Often pro shops aren't the kindest to golf now customers however this guy seemed totally disinterested and acted like I was robbing him personally as it pertained to the $29 rate..if you don't want to offer the discount rates then don't have your course on golf now, it's that simple

The greens were burnt out/patchy/sandy and probably a week overdue for a cutting. GolfCart's brakes were broken(park brake didn't work) and had no windshield on it at all.

The layout was nice which is unfortunate to see the condition the way it was. My playing partner and I both played well but putting was like rolling a dice as to which patch of sand ur ball would be rolling thru, and with the length of the greens, putting pace was a total guessing game on every hole.

I'm aware of the lack of rain in the Charlotte area and hot temps, but I play all over the area and these conditions were likely the worst I've seen. $1 per hole rates may be in order here to drive some bounce back revenue.

Really fun, just aerated, greens a little sandy and patchy (probably due to hot dry summer), overall course was well maintained and played great!

I last played this course over 2 years ago and it was in terrible shape. They have made some improvements. The fairways were great, some of the bunkers needed maintenance, and there were still some rough areas on several greens. I would have only given it a fair rating overall but we managed to snag a $15 round. For that price, this course was Great!!

we had played this course many times over the years. This time around, the conditions were horrible. The greens were fuzzy, slowest of any course in the area, with a lot of dead spots. Fairways were loaded with crab grass mixed in with the bermuda along with plugs from aeration. Sloppy course maintenance.

This course is a fun course to play. Some holes have there challenges but overall the course can be a low round course. I play from the white tees and have nice approach shots with a 230 - 260 drive. The fairways are pretty wide so if you slice or hook just aim appropriately and you can hit the on. Only gave three stars for condition only because they aerated the greens and we played re front twice.

The greens are awful shape the course is Abassi do not play that course .

This course was in bad shape. Some of the greens are so poor that you couldn't make any read on the putts do to the amount of exposed sand. The bunks are hard as concrete. One of the tee boxes looks like it had been tilled up so it was like driving off a soft garden patch. The pace of play was stacked up and they didn't have enough carts when we got there for us to get one within 30 min. I paid way too much for 18 and left after 9 holes due to the poor conditions. I will never return to this course.

Tee boxes and Greens are in rough shape. Not all tee boxes and not all greens. But the ones that are bad are really bad.

The course is in good condition. There were a few greens that need major attention and few tee boxes that could use mowing as well. Other than that...the course plays very well and challanges your skill and decision making ability.

I joined this course a couple months ago bc they're deals are really good. It's a great place to play and keep your game in check. It's coming back to life from what I hear it use to be. Also the staff is awesome...Ben is always nice and helpful.

They had a discount for aerating their greens, but the aeration holes were not a problem, the greens were all in terrible shape and were not even cut for a weekend round. Also they were inconsistent, some were slower than others and made putting impossible. They also did not rake the bunkers that morning which made for very tough sand shots on hard sand.

Divide is in need of some work. The tees were not in good shape, very few yardage markers in fairways, no amenities such as towels or tees and not as well maintained. Greens were puttable

Divide is a good course, friendly staff but rude regulars that feel as if it is their course and no one else should be there. Group behind our 4 some hit into us twice while we were keeping pace with 4 some in front of us and never hit into them.

The Divide continues to recover from its previous owner, who pretty much sucked it dry. The bunkers are much much better. However, the greens are still in poor condition. Tee boxes are not being maintained uniformly, ie. some are being mowed nicely and others are weedy and not mowed. The layout if fun and the senior rate I paid is a bargain for courses nearby.

Decent greens , good layout, nice finishing hole..
