Little soggy
First time on North course, like layout. Would have been a better day if it was not so wet and cart path only. With so soggy drive did not roll at any making drives short, bunkers full of water, and approch shots plug on greens. Pace was pretty good for paths only, finished in less than four hours, was suprised. Will definitely try again spring/summer when little drier and warmer weather.
Good layout course but management is lacking bad. Pro shop is not friendly and just seem to go through motions. Pace of play is horrible and starters are not that efficient. Such a backup on first tee like they overbooked for the sake of trying to make money. Seems desperate. The young men cleaning the carts do a good job though and the course seems to have a good layout. A lot of hackers with no manners playing here. Lacks class for such a good layout of course. Seems like a waste of good space.
Top course for the $
Weather you play the North or the South, this place is one of the best golf courses in the around. It is always well maintained.
Easy to finish a round in under 4 hours.
Well kept
The course is in great shape for the value, greens, fairways and T box are in pretty good shape, I would recommend for the value for the price.
Worth playing
GREAT CONDITIONS
course was great.. had a nice driving range.. good putting an chipping area.. pace of play could of been a little better but they had a few marshals out there that helped out an got things moving. Definitely coming back to play again and also try the SOUTH course
Tough but fair
Gorgeous golf course if you can afford it. It will challenge you every step of the way. Bunkers and water hazards are positioned fairly. Its my favorite course in SoCal!
Nice Thanksgiving Friday
It was the Friday after Thanksgiving so the course was crowded and the pace was a little slow but that was compounded by the idiots in front of us who were never golf ready for their shots. Other than that the course did a good job of not overbooking.
THE COURCE WAS NOT THE PROBLEM!!!
WHEN WE GOT TO THE 2ND HOLE AND THE GPS would not work,we asked the Marshall for his help,he informed us we needed to pay an additional 8 dollars. to make it work ..This did not sit well, seeing the cost to play was not inexpensive to start with!!!
Not managing tee sheet
Went out as a single, amongst foursomes. Played through 2, until catching up to a full course.
Oh yeah, I forgot....
You pay extra for GPS!!?? Laughable. What's next, pay extra for flag sticks in the holes, grass on the fairways?
