Willows Run Golf Club - Coyote Creek Course
About
Willows Run Golf Club in Redmond offers four courses: two championship 18-hole links courses, a family-friendly par 3, and an 18-hole putting course. There is something for every golfer at Willows Run no matter what skill level. Coyote Creek is one of the championship courses. The par-72 layout is 6,344 yards from the back tees. The golf course has a classic links design that is mostly straightforward but you can still expect some challenges, especially with water coming into play on nearly every hole. There are a few strategically placed bunkers as well as some rough. You'll also face the occasional dogleg. With the terrain being mostly flat, the terrain is easily walkable. The course is approachable for beginners but the nine-hole, par-3 and the putting courses are also good options for new players.

A nice test of golf without being terribly difficult.
The course was very wet. We haven't had exceptional amounts of rain, and it was a dry day, but there was standing water all over the course. It looks like they are working to improve drainage. A welcome improvement.
very wide open course, short but tricky, fun to play
did play this course a few times, even its been rain a lot lately but they the course maintain very well, must have good drainage system, with GOLFNOW hot deal its even better price wise.
Will you or won't you at Willows
This course has the following areas to play - Coyote Creek , Eagles Talon & Willows Run - Executive 9
I have mixed feelings about this course hence the Clint Eastwood review
The Good :
Coyote Creek is my favourite course of the three. It has an interesting lay out, fun size fairways, reasonable par 3's and bunker placements with some water; while Eagles Talon feels like an extension to the course that was a bit of a second thought. The conditions of all the courses get worse during the year as most people don't replace their divots leaving dents everywhere.
Willows Run the executive 9 is a very nicely laid out and while a little short in some places it has some challenging moments.
The starting master and the cart chaps are extremely helpful and friendly and the carts are state of the art with great display screens with GPS to show you distance to the pin and course lay out.
The club house is large enough and has a well stocked bar with a patio area, bar area and food area.
The Bad:
Alas on Saturdays and Sundays this course can easily go from 41/2 hours to a 6 hour slog and yes you can wait at every hole in the summer time.
The cart girls seem to only hang out at the 8-9-10 hole which given that there is a refereshment area at the 9 hole on Coyote and 10 hole on Eagles Talon means they really are wasting their time.
The club house staff can boardline on the dismissive which can make a fun day out turn slightly frustrating.
Alas I have yet to find any food at the 19th hole which is any good so save your money and get the refreshments instead.
The Ugly:
I love wildlife but goose droppings everywhere is just yuk!
Summary : If you get a good bargain on the course in the weekdays then got for it especially if you can get on Coyote Creek. Ladies get special week day rates at this club so check that out before you book and watch out for the goose droppings!
Friendly staff, great service, good time.
I would recommend this course to my friends. Staff is always friendly very accommodating. Course is always in good condition. My favorite part is the exceptional ladies at the food service hut between the front and back 9.
Great deal on Golfnow
Great weather, good round. Met a cool guy. played bad, played good! Golf!!! great price on golfnow.com.
Solid course with some challenging greens.
Enjoyable course, fair with some difficult pin placements when I played. Worth it but no really memorable holes. If you are a senior, make sure the GoNow offer is better than regular rates, which in my case, was not, so I paid $4 for the "right" to schedule a greens fee on line that was no better than I could have gotten if I'd called. Also, be ready for the Redmond 12% tax on your fees.
