Larne Golf Club

Another very enjoyable game at Larne golf course. The weather was overcast and fairly windy. The views from the course were absolutely beautiful and the course itself was in terrific condition. The green were very well kept and fast. It is a real joy to play the course. Both members and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Really well keep course nice fairways and some crazy greens. Some serious walking in the course though very hilly

Absolutely love this course I make sure that I play it every time that I am over from England. If I lived closer I would definitely be a member but can’t justify the full membership when I’m only here a couple of times a year. I played the 7:30am tee time so had the entire place to myself, the greens were fantastic and the views even better.

I would recommend playing this course to anyone, obviously the signature hole is the 7th hole which is a blind downhill par 3 over cliffs.

I’ve only marked the off course amenities with four stars as I haven’t seen inside the clubhouse etc due to me playing so early in the morning.

Give an early morning tee time a try on a sunny day and you won’t regret it!

Great course, greens well kept. Wish there were more direction markers. Overall a great experience

An excellent 9 course ,with beautiful views over the North channel and heads of the Glens of Antrim. The fairways and greens were in excellent condition . There are alternative tee boxes for the back 9 which adds to the challenge . A thoughtfully laid out course with a very friendly staff team.

Blustery Autumn day,Holes played a little bit longer but course is in pretty good nick considering the weather we’ve had. A bit of work being done on the course, temporary green at the forth and bunkers being redone at the fifth, all in all enjoyable day was had good 18 holes at a leisurely pace .

Beautiful views on a really well kept course great holes really enjoyed it although it was busy with societies.

I played this course on a beautiful October afternoon enjoying the sun and the views of the Antrim coast and Scotland from every hole. Fairways and bunkers where an absolute credit to what must be an experienced team of green keepers. The putting surfaces where nothing short of amaculate, The holes 6 to 9 that sit along the coastline where to say the least full of surprises

Excellent 9 hole but not a course to be on if the weather is any way in climate.

For mid sept it was a lovley course, greens where excellent, would recommend

Played with my father. Almost no one else on course , even though we’re in a heatwave with a hosepipe ban the course was in good condition. I’m a high 20’s handicapper the 1st 6 holes (+10-15) , are nice and wide open and I scored well, the last 3 are a lot trickier,. Staff friendly and good value , course is a little out of the way , but a nice drive.
Hope to be back sometime.
