Great last minute decision!
Was just in the area and decided to grab this reasonably priced tee time and enjoy the sun and breeze. The course was in nice condition. Greens had just been punched within the week but they still rolled pretty nicely. I was a bit baffled by the layout... front nine is relatively short with several par 4s that play less than 380 from the tips. The back nine is more tree lined and gets quite a bit longer, though not exceptionally long. I was surprised to see a few par 4s that played 420+. The pace of play for a single was great and I was asked to play through twice by groups of 4. Overall I really enjoyed this round of golf and would go back again, should I ever find myself in the area.
Great Value
Course was in great shape for early spring. Lots of other courses punching greens. They have cleared out a lot of brush and tall grass to allow turf growth. Positive things being done.
Best round this year
The course was in great condition for this time of year. Got a great deal on Golf Now as a hot deal. The course was not busy at all. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will be back.
Great Shape Early In The Season
The course is the best shape of all the courses I have Played So Far Th Spring , Keep Up The Good Work.
Course was in great shape for early in the season.
Very surprised and pleased with the condition of the course for early in the season. Seems the management is working hard to clean up the high grass in middle of some holes to improve playability.
Small negative - have gone to printed paper scorecards......please at least use card stock if are printing in house.
Great layout and fun
I only issue was that I booked for two, but at the last minute my playing partner got sick. Wish I could have gotten a refund for that.
Diamond in the rough
We played West Bridgewater for the first time today and we will definitely play more this Summer. It was WINDY, but the course is in excellent condition, the greens roll true, service from the staff was welcoming and you can't beat the price. In our next round, I'll play better now that I know the course, water areas and shortcuts.
Truly a diamond in the rough today - Wednesday.
Nice serviceable course good value
New name , same course but lots of good changes , in good shape, good pace of play, we were three and foursome in front , finished in four hours . Ranger out there active, pleasant . Greens fine. Recommend
Worth it
Great time playing this course as usual, always in good shape and pace of play is good!
Score repellant setup
perhaps the pin placements had something to do with the well over 5 hour round i played this past Sunday. 3 plus foot breaking 3 foot putts get boring real fast. By the end there were 3 plus foursomes sitting on each hole waiting.
Fun Golf
The white tees are short. Perfect for short hitters like myself to feel like you got a chance to shoot a decent score. The blues and golds are set up for the better players, of course. The lay out is fun, not super challenging per say, but water comes into play on a few holes and the woods eat balls especially for the fall. Anytime a course is player friendly, I am a fan of it. The condition of the course was spot on.
The course is def worth the money, worth a round of youre in the area for sure. It's about 30 mins from me, and we plan to play it again before the season ends. We need more courses like this with the white tees more beginner friendly. Enjoy!
West Bridgewater C. C. (Formerly Riverbend)
Staff is always very welcoming. The course is fairly dry considering all the rain we got. A course you'd be fine walking or riding. Straight hitters can score pretty well here, with room for error on a lot of the holes. Greens had been aerated but still rolled pretty well. Markers out there for distances. Word the price.
