Augusta/Biloxi at River Plantation Country Club

Awesome course and well worth the money!! I will definitely recommend this course to friends!!

I have played RP a number of times. It is in the best shape that I have seen it. The greens were fast, fairways had good grass, the tee boxes were in good shape. The only area needing some work were the sand traps - they had not been raked and some had thick sand others had little sand then hard pan. The staff was excellent and friendly. Improvements in the staff and course conditions were very noticeable. There were 2 of us and we played in 2.5 hours on a Thursday - 2 groups let us play through with no delay - it was nice to play where golfers were willing to let a faster group play through. We had a hot deal so the price was excellent also.

It really is unfortunate that the pro shop staff is so rude. Stacy, the starter and clerk in the pro shop was so rude it ruined my entire experience. I will never pay to play this course again solely based on how I was treated by the 'Pro' and this Stacy character. If you plan on playing this course be prepared to be treated as if your money isn't green just because you bought your tee time via GolfNow. Oh and you better tell them ahead of time or else you'll be paying twice. I'm only giving 1 star for friendliness because that's the only option and the cart gal was very nice. If you want to start a round of golf irritated, this is the place to be!

Played Augusta / Biloxi which is really fun. The only problem I have with this course is that I seem to always be put on to play these courses. I've played here over 10 times and may have been put on Charleston twice. Otherwise, course in good condition, fun to play and great value.

Great time, awesome value! Charleston was closed for the week so we played Augusta and Biloxi; both were in great shape and the pace was perfect. The weather was unbelievable for an AUG TX day!

The courses seem to always be in good shape with the greens in great shape. Iwould recommend to anyone and would like to see more really good discount prices at some of your peak times during the week and weekends. Love playing here.

Fairways are getting a little dry overall conditions good

Excellent grass. Fairways,greens excellent. 2 1/2" bermuda rough was tough. Pace of play hurt due to looking for balls that were just off of the fairway/green. Overall best value in Houston for public golfer I've found.

Tight course, but like any course keep it in the fairway and you're fine. Wish I would have done that. Would play again. Greens were excellent.

The course is in really amazing shape for this time of year. I played Augusta & Biluxi as a single in under 3.5 hours and went off around 4:30. The greens were in fantastic shape, great roll speed and firm. Fairways and rough were well maintained as well with only a few dry patches. The course has a good back-and-forth with some generous fairways and some sharp doglegs wrapped up together. The only downside was every water cooler was bone dry and for mid-summer that's brutal. All-in-all, great course and if you can get on for around $20 like I usually do, it's the best you'll find within 30 miles.

Teaching daughter who was first timer to actual course. They put you on Charleston as it has not been redone yet so the play is lighter. A fun course at a great value to work on fundamentals and sharpen general skills. The staff is just great and very helpful on whatever you may need.

This was my first time at this course and I was very impressed. We only golfed the Biloxi holes and the course was in very good condition. I thought the staff was extremely friendly when calling for a tee time and signing in that morning. I only gave four stars on the pace because we got caught in the middle of a golf scramble. All in all, I would recommend this course. The pricing is very reasonable and it's a very nice facility.

With the exception of a couple greens, the course was in good shape. Definitely worth the money I paid. I will likely be back.

The Course is in great shape. One of my favorite courses.

Pro shop attendant had a very bad attitude and was rude to the kid in front of me. Seemed he did not want to be there. Also we played behind a foursome that had at least 2 open holes in front of them and we never saw a marshal for assistance.

Awesome experience...will definitely be back to play.

Course was extremely wet because of recent rains. Very slow playing and extremely humid. Will keep trying. Pretty dirty when finished.
