Nice course in good shape with good equipment.
Played Quail Creek's Quail and Roadrunner nines. Both were in better than average shape for the courses near Green Valley. Fairways were good to hit off, tee boxes were lush and clean, greens rolled true, and bunkers had soft sand. The carts all functioned well and were clean. Water and ice was available outside the pro shop, and water was available around the course. A very enjoyable round, and I will be back for more.
Fun course, well maintained.
The courses (Coyote and Quail) were in very good shape.
Roadrunner 9 is new and needs attention.
Roadrunner needs attention.
Quail was in great condition.
There 3 nine holes. When you play there, try to avoid the Road runner 9 hole.
Beautiful and fun to play
Great condition and very challenging holes. Have played it three times, the past week and anxious to go back.
Enjoyable round of golf!
Course played well...it was a bit of a challenge! Unfortunately, the day we picked was way too breezy! The course was challenge enough...the wind made it less enjoyable! The weather cut the golfers down, so there was no real pressure. We let a couple of two-somes play through...then we had the course and the wind to ourselves!
very nice layout with impressive green speed
Easy drive from Tucson, and well worth it. Nice elevation changes with mix of doglegs and straightaway holes. Played Quail and Coyote, with Coyote being the more difficult of the two in my mind. Excellent greens.
Course is well maintained with many great vistas.
Enjoyed the course, It was well maintained. The Quail 9 was easier than the Coyote 9, Coyote defends par on the greens with some severe undulations. Pin placement can turn a docile green into a real Tiger.
Well conditioned , will play again
Great Shape, lush fairways, large greens.
Members need to fix their own ball marks on the greens.
Fairway bunkers a little rocky.
90 Degree rule not followed or enforced.
Saw Ranger on 17th Hole.
Pace of Play was excellant
Will play again
finest well maintained course I've played in a long time
Really a great golfing experience. Greens are a challenge and all roll fairly and evenly. Clubhouse personnel were very friendly and accommotating.
Great pace of play
Sunday a.m. is a good time to play if you want great pace of play. Course provides a great challenge, with greens well protected on their perimeter, with bunkers and knolls. Just a positive experience.
Ignore my rating on friendliness and course condition. Only provided one extreme or the other on the rating. This one is mid range in those two area.
This course has some very challenging holes
Narrow fairways, quite crowded, were pushed by a twosome
behind us a couple of times. Needs an effective course marshall.
The bartender and restaurant staff were very rude and overworked. Terrible service, do not go there!
Can be difficult when windy. Greens tricky. Golfnow customers seem to get stuck with the Roadrunner nine.
Okay course that is overpriced. Target golf course that can be difficult with numerous sandtraps, tricky greens an windy conditions. Several people who I spoke to stated that if you receive the Golfnow discount, you can expect to play the Roadrunner course with it's painted greens and unremarkable setting. Golf staff denied any bias against Golfnow members.
Good course
good course, good value would play here again and would recommend the course to others
Course condition was disappointing.
The greens on the second 9 (Road Runner) were not over seeded but only painted green. Very poor condition. You should have told me this when I made the tee time. I expected better from a Robson course.
Course is in average condition. Roadrunner Nine greens need some work
I played the Quail Creek Coyote and Roadrunner nines. The course is in average condition, the greens on the Coyote nine are much better than Roadrunner. The sand bunkers need alot more sand, several were hard and mostly dirt. The rough is dormant and hard pan. Fairways were acceptable for the most part. All three nines receive alot of play from the members who all have their own carts and drive where they please. There are better courses to play in the area for the same $$$.
Great vistas. Some greens need attention. Sand traps are not same material and thus inconsistent.
The greens on the Road Runner 9 holes are not in as good a shape as the 9 holes on the Coyote 9 holes. The sand in the bunkers is not consistent. Some are better quality than others in terms of type of sand and firmness.
Challenging yet fair
This course has some unique holes which rewards the risk taker but can punish you. The greens were super fast and in great shape.
Very nice condition, Roadrunner greens a little unusual.
The greens and fairways on the Quail nine were fantastic, the greens on the Roadrunner were very firm and skittery in comparison. Interesting layout, fast pace of play (cold weather) and scenic location.
Course looked very nice, greens in great shape
Fun Course to play, not to challenging, great views of the Moutains, greens were in really good shape, some were a little firm but still had that ball check-up very nicely, practice your distance control on the practice greens before u get out there as well...your round will be a little more forgiving.
Good value. Playable but still challenging.
Only issue was painted bermuda greens on Roadrunner. Very fast.
