Great course
First time I have played this course and I thought it was great with all the poor weather we have had it was in great condition I would play it again and recommend to others
Very wet
I’m reviewing this as 5 stars as it is an outstanding course from spring to autumn. However, I played it today in winter for the first time and it probably should have been closed. Super boggy under foot. Greens like Florida wetlands. Literally whacking putts and they were going ten feet. Tiny mats to tee off from. ThT said I would however never give this course a bad review as I think it’s one of the best in the area. Cracking layout, friendly members and some real character holes. Well worth a visit when the weather turns better.

Considering the recent weather the course was in great condition. However any more constant rain and several holes will be too boggy to play

Hot Deal through GN
I got a late hot deal through golf now for this course. First time playing and it was great, best course I've played this year in NW and I've played quite a few. Conditions were great especially as we've had so much rain recently and the staff were very welcoming. I will be playing here again with friends very soon.
Excellent course
Played earlier this week and was so impressed we booked again for Saturday! Course in excellent condition and greens are superb. Layout is excellent and what I call a thinking course where you don't automatically get out and driver and hit away!
Patio outside clubhouse perfect for a pint afterwards as well.
Definitely be back again soon
Forgiving course
This is a lovely course in excellent condition. For a good golfer I’d expect you to go around the course pretty easily but for an infrequent golfer the course is challenging but forgiving when you miss the fairway.
The greens are is superb condition and play pretty consistently.
Really enjoyed playing the course and will definitely be back again.
A Good Course
This is a course built on the side of a hill, giving it some interesting features. The course is a little broken up with holes either side of a fairly well used road. The course condition was good, the greens quite fast (we were playing on the main competition day) but the tees were a little scruffy in places.
All in all, good value for money.
Good course in great condition.
Good testing course in great condition, greens had a consistent pace and well groomed course overall.
