Come on play
Had a good day out there yesterday!! If you’re looking for a new course to play come out and check it out
So welcoming!
A friend who golfs was visiting so I booked a tee time though I am not a golfer. I was able to rent clubs. Billy, the starter, played a 9 hole round with us, providing a great introduction to the course and a private lesson. What a treat. The course is beautiful — views of Mount Tamalpais, redwood trees and some showy fall color. The staff is friendly and helpful. This place is a gem — and will turn anyone into a golfer!
No lost balls
I had a greatly day today I didn’t lose any golf balls and the course was pretty great 👍🏾.cone on out get your golf game on!!!
Nice but confusing layout.
Unique course with an interesting layout. Good workout walking the course with all the hills. But why not spend a couple bucks and put up signs marking each hole/tee box? And arrows pointing to next hole. It was like a treasure hunt out there.
New at golf
I played 8 rd of golf at 3 different courses before I played here and 5 of them has been here it’s a fun course with some big hills and fast play.
Will not play here again
Staff was very friendly. We were able to start about 10 minutes early. The course was confusing to follow, even with a map. 2 of the 9 t-boxes were range mats. The website says carts available, but found out when we arrived they're only for the weekend. Course was extremely muddy and caked the balls in mud almost every hole. I will not play here again.
I had a great time! I've been golfing for a few months, first time at the course. shot a birdie on #5!!
Solid course with recent upgrades
The course is under new ownership this year and they’ve done a nice jibe cleaning up some of the tee boxes. Can still be a bit muddy depending on the day but overall a great course. Note the currently do not sell alcohol but are supposedly working on getting a license to be able to sell beer again.
wet and muddin places. kind od to be expected. nice to hit some balls into the fields of little white flowers
Great Excuse for a drive to the course
Mill Valley is a fun short course which allows you to use fairways and a driver. Fun course to play. Some tee boxes are on turf. However we’ll thought out elevated tee boxes.
Currently no practice putting area as I think they are rebuilding the 1st hole tee box and what looks to be a future practice putting area. Expect to walk mostly on the grass. Some areas are muddy as this course is tucked in between redwoods and a walking trail. A small golf swing practice area is just outside the clubhouse. But it did not look inviting.
Never the less it was worth playing a new place.
