Good Day
course in great shape. greens were rolling great and smooth. a refreshment cart would have been nice and there was only one area on the course that had water jug.
Wet
Many wet low spots in fairways. Maybe watering too much or too many low spots.
Greens were very good. Rolled true and approach shots stuck
Nice Course
This was my first time playing this course. I found it to be very compatible with my moderate level of play. The greens are huge and the fairways nice and wide. There are challenges with hills and water to make it interesting.
Back to Lake Barr Shores
Course was in great condition. Not crowded so we played round in 4 hours! Half way house closed. Restaurant closed. Soda vending machine off. No beer cart. Water jugs on course empty. Weather was hot and humid. l no water! Staff was busy on personal calls.
Excellent Course conditions
Fun and very challenging course layout, greens in Excellent conditions!
Soooooo slow
The course is beautiful! I would definitely LOVE to play here again. But the pace was horribly slow. We were a 2some and the 4some ahead should have let us play thru. No rangers on the course during the week to monitor and push players along. During the week, no halfway house either.. Clubhouse had soft beverages and snacks only.

Great times at LBS
Hadn’t played here in forever. Course in outstanding shape and has aged wonderfully in the past 25 years since I was last here. Highly recommend playing here if you can.
Anybody who's played this course on a regular basis over the course of the last couple of decades would tell you that it's in the worst condition they've ever seen it. Slow, soft greens, crab grass and other weeds invading the rough, and the state of the bunkers is inexcusable. It's a shame how this course has been let go in such a short period of time.

I guess the greens are in "great condition" if you're a big fan of soft and slow greens. In 25 years, I've never seen them in worse shape.
