painfully slow
The last 2 times have been SO painfully slow It will be hard to come back Almost 3 hours to play 9 holes !!!
Horrendous pace of play!!!!
You should not have only 7 holes played in over 2:15 hours. This has happened every round there this year. No ranger moving people along.
Probably one of the best forest preserve courses around
Great day
Course is in great shape for a forest preserve course.
Decent but slow play
Liked it but pace has to be better with a ranger. Decent cut fairways, greens a bit slow.
Slow!
I told the person at the grille that there was one group on #6 that was so slow, there was no one else in front of them on the course. 9 holes took almost 3 hours! Otherwise it was an enjoyable round. Something must be done to keep pace of play.
Confidence building course
No bunkers. Just a little water. Long from blue. I feel for the money and that its not too busy early, this is a great way to keep fresh quickly or build back confidence after a rough outing. Challenging due to the length, but well maintained and fun.
Great for beginners and intermediate players
I took my wife here for her first time on a course after several lessons. The layout was perfect for her to get multiple swings on each hole but still give the satisfaction of being able to actually complete 9 holes. I shot a 42 and my wife shot a 71. We went later in the afternoon 6:00 PM CST and had no problems with pace.
Slow and smoky
The slow play affected my game and prevented me from replaying. You would think that people would play quicker to limit their exposure to the Canadian fires but they seemed to play slower. I was wheezing by night from being outside so long.
