League play pace is terrible
I was after the last league group - terrible pace of play. At one point there was a group on the tee, 2 groups waiting to play, and another finishing on the previous green.

Fantastic Fall Conditions
November 2nd and the maintenance crew were everywhere cleaning up leaves, raking bunkers and had the greens in wonderful shape. The pace was 4 flat and had zero issues all day.

Beautiful day for November
The staff, as usual, was great. Had a very fun round. Odd lines (aeration?) were on some of the greens but it really didn't affect the play. Always dread the 17th hole. :-)

Fall evening golf
Teeded off at 3 so we had 3.5 hours to get in 18 on a Wednesday evening.. We got through 16 but really 15 with decent light. The course yin good condition. I love the layout. Greens weren't punched yet so I made my share of putts. Can't blame the lack of light on the course but the pace could have been better.

Too many walkers; slow pace
Nice challenging course, well maintained, but too many senior walkers during my round - - slow pace.

We aren’t Pros
First the positives. Course is very well maintained with great practice facilities. Staff is friendly. The fairways are very narrow and the way they have the tee boxes set up it is very easy to hit into people. Heard a lot of “Fore”. The greens are ridiculously hard. If you are the type of golfer that likes getting a good tee shot off then have the approach land on the green then pray you don’t 4 Putt this is the course for you. People in my group and the group behind us were all in the 10-20 handicap range and the lower guys were having a hard time breaking 90. Pace of play was 5 hours for a weekday and I am sure it’s the greens that slow things down. Now maybe if you play this course enough and get the greens down you can score well but maybe the place just isn’t for me.
