Slow
Took 2 hours to play 6 holes, quit and went to club house. Was told it always plays slow on the weekend. Not a good value.
Great value!
This was the first tee time I booked with Golf Now. I was pleasantly surprised with the course. I wasn't sure what to expect considering the greens fees and cart for 18 were under $20 dollars, but we all had a great time and the course was in great shape.
Easy, Busy, and Dangerous
This course is very easy, and because of that very busy. It's very busy with people who aren't very good, which only backs it up more. Marshals are non-existent except off the first tee. The other problem is there are too many blind holes. You are basically hitting and hoping you gave the people in front of you enough time or just laying up to every dogleg in the name of safety. All-in-all it's a decent course for $18 w/cart, but there are certainly better courses with better players in the area for close to the same price.
Long lines.Overbooked.
I love this course ,but the pace was extremely slow.
Way too many people were playing at the same time. Stopped after twelve holes as we had already been there close to 4 hours. Would go again, but would be leery that I would be there too long.
Terrible Course
The course is in very bad shape, they overbook, and don't have enough carts for players on busy days. It's like playing in a farmer's field.
Good course with friendly staff.
Was a good course to play and fairly well kept. Pace of play was a little slow due to tee times starting late. Basically played on the group in fronts heels and the guys behind us were on our heels. Had a great time though and will be back.
This course needs grooming! Bumpy fairways and long fairway grass. The pace of play was horrible with the back nine backing up!
All around poor course! Below average golfers may take a liking to this course, if you are above average stay away! Heed my warning or endure the pain staking unpleasant grooming and pace of play. The staff was starting groups off the back nine because they booked too many tee times. Talk about bad management. They have forever lost a patron. Thanks!
This course is constructed on a peat bog, and therefore is usually pretty wet. The course and grounds feel unkempt.
This isn't a "championship course" although it is a "USGA" course, whatever that means. This isn't suited for competitive play, but built more towards learning the game, which is why most people are out there. It is a quiet, wooded course that is perfect for the high-handicapper to get out and be surrounded by golfers of comparable skill levels, as lower-handicap players avoid this course.
P.S. Bring a cushion if you're riding, I don't think this course has EVER seen a grader/leveler.
