Atlantic National Golf Club
About
Formerly known as Grand Lacuna Golf Club, this par-71 championship course now goes by the name Atlantic National Golf Club. Designed in the late 1980s by Joe Lee, the course was designated one of the 50 best public courses in Florida. The challenging layout has plenty of variety that will require all different types of shots. Golfers will find that they need to use every club in their bag. Water hazards come into play on several holes but the strategically placed bunkers that lurk along the greensides and fairways are particularly tricky. There are some tough holes but it is an accommodating layout for all skill levels, especially since it has four diverse sets of tees. In addition to the golf course, Atlantic National offers a grass driving range, two putting greens, and a chipping area with a practice bunker.

A great afternoon at a fun course Photo submitted by kengeniusz on 02/23/2013
not real hard, but challenging
greens wear treated lightly and need rain to green it up
do not play
punched greens wo notice
staff claims greens are perfect
no recourse with course or golfnow
don't make the same mistake
Ranger was a bit overzealous. Twosome ahead were very fast. We were behind a bit but twosome behind us was a hole behind. Spoke to us 3 times to pick up pace . We were playing quick and finished in 3:40
very good choice
it was challenging
the grass is excelent everywere
The most unfriendly place on earth!
The staff at this place are on another level. It’s like the head pro told them “go ahead and be a jerk” to our valued guests. From the starter to the ranger I was treated with the most disrespect and hostility I have ever encountered ( and I used to work as a prison guard).
Please please spend your money elsewhere and send a message to the owner and head pro.
