Played as twosome. Pace was very good (3 3/4h). Course is in good condition, though some places fairways would need some attention. Greens are rather fast, but seem to be partly under reparation (!?). Bunkers and tee boxes are in good condition. Overall the course is very well playable and has partly an interesting layout.

There were no carts at the bag drop, Got an old one after some waiting, but the battery was empty on the first hole already! Had to wait for change, but it was done pretty fast – good luck a player’s assistant passed by on the first hole.
Played as foursome and pace was really very bad – almost five hours!!! The course is in very good condition, though some places on fairways may need attention. Greens, bunkers and tee boxes well playable.
But overall the above mentioned problems destroyed a possibly pleasant round…

I love both courses at the OCN and was very much looking forward to play it again. We’ve been paired with two young very good players and a nice round was expected. Even despite strong and gusty wind. We have enjoyed the round with these two locals very much, but the pace was really horrible – almost 5 hours!!! And nobody out there to speed it up!?! Tee boxes, fairways and bunkers in very good condition. The greens must have been sanded several days ago, but were fairly fast and true. Overall it is really a nice place to go – regrettably that there has been so strong housing construction closed to the course in the last couple of years. I remember the old days, as the place was just pure nature… And I was glad to get a hot deal as otherwise OCN is rather expensive in the spring. .

The course is very well maintained, tee boxes, fairways and bunkers in great shape and greens rather very fast, some strongly undulated. But the track itself is not very interesting and beside deep bunkers, which really can be avoided, and just a creek on 4 holes, there is nothing really challenging. The pace was quiet OK. Overall it is nice, but I would always prefer to play North / South / East at the Grand Cypress.

This has always been a hidden gem to me, but this time I was really surprised how good the conditions were. Tee boxes and fairways well kept, bunkers very good and greens rather fast and true. Excellent pace, even though there was a skin game in front of us and the twosome we followed – 3 ½ hours for a twosome. Very good work done on the green 16… Overall it is an interesting track, with some hidden difficulties – course knowledge helps! – and this all for a very good price, thanks to a hot deal offered by Golfnow.

Course has very well recovered compared with the fall. # 7 hole still needs some attention. The pace was rather slow – 4 hours for a twosome. Tee boxes, fairways and bunkers more or less OK, greens rather fast, but with different speed… Some bunkers under reconstruction. Price either a bit higher compared with other courses in the surrounding. But it is an interesting track and in this condition it can be recommended.

This used to be one of my favorite courses in Orlando. Incredible how it came down! The pace was horrible – 4 3/4 h for a twosome. We had to wait on almost every shot (and I mean on every shot!)! No player’s assistant to speed it up out there… Tee boxes partly with no grass at all, fairways bumpy and with different kind of grass, bunkers with almost no or too much sand, greens very slow and not true. Stuff at bag drop, pro shop and restaurant cordial – maybe the only positive impression… Overall it is no more a place to recommend, even for the rather low rate we paid.

Most probably the best course in town! See my Review of March 13th. And thanks to a very good hot deal maybe the highest value too! Excellent food in the clubhouse after the round…

Wanted to give it a try after several years as some reviews here were very good. But the round was rather disappointing. Played as foursome in 4 ¼ hours. Tee boxes are not very good, ladies tees are mostly placed somewhere in the fairway (!?). Fairways are mostly very hard, so the ball is jumping without control, which leads on some blind holes to search for the ball even if you hit it straight… Also around the greens there is almost no grass or it is stepped hard as concrete, makes the chipping almost impossible. Greens have different speed, from rather slow to bit faster, bunkers either to much sand or rather no sand at all. Over all it is not a place to go for a pleasant round and you can play several courses around for even less money that are in better condition……

Played it the second time in the last 10 days (see my review March 14th) and it is really a surprisingly good track. Today the greens very even a bit faster and except of 2-3 holes in very good condition. The pace was fair, especially on the second nine. No player’s assistant out there, so it took us 4 ¼ hours as foursome… But it is a very good track and for very fair price. Go there!

Played this course many times in the past and was really impressed by the quality of the greens – full grass, fast and true. But the course is well playable and can be recommended, though to me the rate is a bit too high compared with other courses around…

Course is in regular condition, some of the fairways either too hard or too soft. Also bunkers not in good condition, water in it or almost no sand… But this maybe because of the rain in the last two days. Greens are not bad, fairly fast, but not outstanding. Staff not seen except for the pro shop and starter… But the track is not bad and well playable.
