The Links at Gettysburg sprawls across rolling hills situated near the hallowed grounds where the defining battle of the Civil War took place. The golf course wages a formidable challenge itself, featuring 35 steep rock cliffs where the stone-lined tee boxes are perched and 10 lakes and waterfalls that come into play throughout. Red rock cart paths give a contrast to the lush greens and sparkling blue waters. The dramatic elevations allow golfers to enjoy stunning views of the surrounding countryside but the scenery can be almost too distracting since the demanding layout requires all of your attention. Be prepared for a bevy of strategically placed bunkers as well as mature trees. With the challenging layout and unrivaled views, it is no surprise that the Links at Gettysburg is ranked as one of the top 10 golf courses in Pennsylvania.

Enjoyed the day . Staff was very friendly and helpful as this was my first visit to the course.
Pace of play was good, played in 4 hours.
Would return again and recommend it to others.
Great Round of Golf
First time playing the Links at Gettysburg in a few years and it did not disappoint. Beautiful weather and course. Course was overall in great shape except for a few bunkers that were very very wet or even had pretty large puddles. The layout requires you to have some strategy. It’s not overly difficult but you definitely can’t just go up to every par 4 or 5 and just smash the driver down the fairway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They met us at the truck and loaded our clubs onto the cart and the starter even provided some tips for the first hole. Round took about 3 1/2 hours with another twosome in front of us. A great value especially compared to other courses in the Southern PA/Central MD area. Definitely a must play and plan on returning this season!
Perfect Conditions
It was windy...25mph sustained,, 40mph gusts, so needless to say, I got my lunch handed to me. The course however looked amazing. Greens were fast and true. Bunkers were not overly fluffy. Will definitely go back.
I think it would have been great but...
The course was fun expect for the fact that there was fertilizer all over the greens and approach. The stuff was sticking to the balls and clubs. Couldn’t putt at all. I don’t mind that they do it but I would have loved to know before I showed up to play with my father in law. We could have played somewhere else and saved my clubs from chemical exposure.

Nice course well groomed greens are fast and true. Plenty of water on the back. Great time here elevation changes are great.
Nice course
Nice course but I made a mistake by booking for Sunday . ( it was meant to be for Monday 16 . ) at 1.20 pm or so. But I played the week before .
Outstanding!
Great layout in the Pennsylvania countryside. 1st time playing the course and was definitely impressed with the course condition, layout and the friendly staff.
If you have never played the course, I highly recommend buying the yardage book, because there were a few doglegs which were blind.

I played with my wife and brother and it was a very pleasant round and course and green conditions are excellent and great.
