Grand Cypress - North/South

I have been playing this course about weekly for the past five years - it is always in good shape, it ranks as one of the best tracks in central Florida.

This course is always one of the best in the area to play. The course is always in immaculate conditions and manicured to perfection every time. All 3 nines provide a different test of golf with the same perfect conditions. This is a must play and a new favorite of mine even being an hour away.

A very challenging Golf course. If you want to shoot your handicap I would recommend that you play forward a tee box.

From the welcome at the gate to leaving after the round this was a great experience. As a Hot Deal I only paid $20 and would happily pay double that to play again. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Played the East & North courses and enjoyed both. The greens were in great condition and the course was extremely well maintained. Will play again on our next visit to the area. Highly recommend playing here.

You will not be disappointed . The course is in great shape. A great layout. Friendly staff. Ranger even brought by ice cold towels to cool us off. Have no problem recommending this golf course. Would rate in the top three or four in Orlando.

My 15 year old son and I played this course recently. We found it on Golf Now.com, read its reviews and went for it. It was very nice layout, challenging not fair and playable for my son. Not as plain as some Florida courses can be. Practice facilities were very good. Greens rolled really well and had a variety of hole designs. The people were really nice to us. For example, It was 95 degrees out and someone brought around cold towels to use. Lots of water stations out there as well. Had a nice lunch at the 19th hole afterwards. My only gripe is there was no one on the course except us and two other twosomes ahead us. The first held us up the entire back nine. Need to manage the pace of play better. Choose the resident rate - they never questioned it. Ping club rentals were excellent

Overall great course. Pro staff needs work.

I usually play the New Course, however i really liked this N/S layout as it is very fair, but must be hitting the ball to spots and in fairway to score.

Enjoyed the round and will return. Smallish greens and quite fast. Played North to South. More water on the South nine and deep bunkers everywhere!

The course was nicely manicured, but the greens were very challenging. Most of them are raised greens with steep slopes and balls didn't often stay on them if you chipped onto the green. More than once, went from bunker to bunker as the greens didn't hold the ball.

Loved the course layout and condition ! All the staff in the pro shop as well as the guys that assisted us with our carts and bags. Great to know...if you forget your equipment or golf shoes not to worry !! The course has new shoes and clubs available. Will return again soon !

This place is great. Free practice balls. Great facilities. Great condition! Fresh mango scented towels at the turn. Very thoughtful for 2nd day in the 90's this year. Only complaint Ranger would have been great to see we were held up by rude 4some all day. We never saw another group ahead of them all day.

Played the North/South combo. The greens were rolling very true and speedy. North was the more forgiving of the 9's with the South have some quirky holes on it most notably the Par 5 5th I believe with a tiny green perched up like a table top. Overall found it to be an enjoyable experience with the course in good condition.

One thing I will note to be weary of is if you purchase something from the beverage cart and use your credit card make sure they don't charge you extra. I was charged for more then I purchased and have spent the past 2 weeks calling the resort and nothing has been taken care of.

I love Grand Cypress! All five nines are good tracks and all are well maintained, which is what I judge on a course. Good fun and a challenge.

Don't waste your time on Falcons Fire or Hawks Landing. If you can only play one course, make it this one. It is in excellent condition and is well laid out.
The food in the grill isn't bad either.

First game in 6 months - great place to get your game going - wide genraous fairways and minumal rough - tough part is approach to greens and putting - Course was in excellent shape with a good range

Course is great must play when in Orlando

Course was in good shape however le first 9 green were top dressés and they should have let us know or give us à rebate on the price beside it the rest was good

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pro shop and restaurant were excellent. Course layout and condition were good. Pace of play was excellent
