Mesa Del Sol Golf Course

We played in later January. Winter grass hadn't fully taken hold, so course was a little "barren". That being said, the layout is great, especially the terrain change on the back nine. Certainly great value for the dollar.
Customer service was excellent from the various staff members we interacted with..

Enjoyed the course although I did feel some of the fairways needed some work

Tee box have yardage marked for distance for each colour on the ground of each tee box. Would help if had more water applied to fairways so not hitting from dirt patches.

Course conditions were OK, not fabulous. Staff was friendly enough, but inattentive and totally unorganized. Tee times ran over 30 minutes late, and pace of play was poor. Value for money paid was OK at $22 including cart, but probably wouldn't go back

We, as two foursomes, play all of the courses from Parker to Yuma. We play at a minimum of once a week. Green fees were $49.00 at 10:45 AM not the $24.00 as stated in Golf Now. The Tee boxes had not had any maintenance for some time and were very chewed up. Fairways were in reasonable condition for the time of year. The greens were in really bad shape, some of the worse we have seen this year, almost to the point where you took two putts and moved on. This could be a premier course in Az. but need some serious work in areas.

Enjoyed playing this course. Good mix of relatively easy, moderate and difficult holes. Maintain your focus on Nine, otherwise a big number may follow. For Dec 29th, it was a welcome change to twenty below back in Winnipeg, Manitoba!

Four of us had a wonderful time with no waiting for a cart or at any holes. There were some places where the ground was under repair but there were people working on many of these spots. All round great day on a challenging course.

This course has been one of my favorites because of it's design. We had stopped playing it because of poor conditions. What a surprise yesterday to find the fairways over seeded and watered. I've never seen the course in such beautiful condition.The course has some challenging holes. The workers were out doing improvements where in the past we rarely saw anyone. We are 3 month snowbirds and have now decided this will be our course to play. We usually do 2 or more rounds a week and try and bring another couple with us. Very excited to show our quests the course. Keep up the great work and proving to me that this was always the course I thought it should be.

Will play there again in the future when deal offer and chance is available.

Greens and fairways in good shape, particularly for a desert setting, with water coming into play on several holes. A great course... looking forward to the next round.

This course is in very good condition considering the time of year. Was very busy and play was slow. 90 degree rule in effect until 01 Dec, but did not affect play. Great golf carts, and wonderful staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Have played this course many times and will keep coming back. Will recommend it.

The rough's are pretty deep, but playable. The T-boxes need to be thatched next year as they have more than an inch of dead grass underneath. The greens are friendly for the average player, but for me could be just a little faster. Fairways are good. The course seems to be a mix of difficult (in the lies) and good, almost like the groundskeepers can't make up their mind weather to cater to the excellent golfer or the resort golfer? Overall I like the course it requires you to hit a controlled shot and there is a lot of target golf there.

The course was challenging because of the tall rough , fairways, & slow greens but we knew they were getting ready to reseed.
