Washed Out
The course is wet! Over half the greens are washed out from flooding. The bunkers are in better shape than the whole course. It was cart path only due to rain. This course may be good come the summer but currently it isn’t worth the money.
Pretty good
For the price I would say it is awesome. Great course to work on some pressure tee shots. If you hit the fairway it is easy. But there is plenty of trouble off the tee. If they could put some $$ into this course, it could be really great.
Pork sandwich after 9 holes was amazing. Would have preferred to give a 3.5 star, but that was not available.

Fun, friendly workers, beautiful river setting.

Course was in poor condition. Many grassless patches around the course. Fairways are weedy. Greens need work.
Excellent golf course
Really enjoyed the game. Very friendly staff. They even offered us complimentary coffee as it was a cold day.
Hot Deal Hunter
Enjoy playing here, as long as it’s on hot deal. Greens have improved drastically over the past 6 months. Fairways played extremely slow. Enjoyed playing.
Best bang for the Buck
Fantastic price for such a great value! Heard some bad things in the past of this course but things must have changed cause it was a great round! Will be back for sure soon!
West Fork
The course is in much better shape than it was in July. They added sod to a number of greens earlier this summer and had to carve out temporary greens on several holes which made playing the course a real pain. I like this course but drainage is still problematic. Also there are too many tire tracks too close to the greens, particularly on number five. I have no idea why someone needs to drive a cart right up next to the green. The front of some greens are too wet, even in the dry heat of August, shots are plugging.
All that said, the course is fun. Some holes feel like you’re playing a links course and some feel more like a mountain course. 9 and 18 have jungles cutting across them so that you need to really think about laying up or going over them on your second shots. Actually, I can’t even think about trying to get to the green in two on either!

Great country course
This course is a good outdoorsy/country feeling. Nice and spread out, big ponds and nice golf carts. The only 2 down falls are not a big pro shop or indoor real estate. The other is they do have a hog problem. But with being a country course in the woods there is not much you can do about it. It does make a differant type of challenge that I dont mind playing against. Final words: awsome course with great people, challenging and wide open with good amount of hills and agriculture. One course I never mind paying for.

They had just punched the greens and it was really soft around some of the greens, but a great value for the money.

Yes, the greens are in rough shape. The fairways and tee boxes, however, are fantastic. They know the green are rough and are working hard on them. The staff is awesome.

Great course!
After reading other reviews on here, I was skeptical of the course conditions. Honestly they layout is incredible and yea there are a few tore up greens, but still great shape overall. Will be back again.
Sorry
Is not worth the money, staff were very friendly, makes this review very hard to write but being honest. If homes in the area are $400,000 plus, would not buy in the subdivision to play this course.

Has A Lot of Potential
From reading the reviews I was a little worried heading to the course. When I got there my worst fears were proven correct. The greens were impossible to read and for the most part putting on sand or weeds. This is my first time on the course and it was such a beautiful layout and really wide open fairways which was great. But the greens made the course suck. If they fixed their greens I’d come back and play as often as I can but until then I wouldn’t be back
Greens are horrible!
The first 9 greens had virtually no grass! This was not worth any amount money and the pace was stupid slow! Saw the Marshall and he didn’t do anything about the pace of play. Additionally who allows a 6 some to play on a Saturday? Horrible

We regret your poor experience. The course has sustained significant damage in some areas f om the severe flooding in December and January. We expect marked improvement as we move into the growing season.
Great course but not right now
Pretty course however the greens were in terrible condition and the fairways were like concrete..
