absolutely horrible
horrible condition. brown fairways. slow greens. as a kid who grew up on public course that are nothing special this was downright awful. hope this isn't the norm out there...
Great Course & Fairly Challenging
Fox Run is one of three 18 hole courses offered at Kenton County Golf Club. Fox is by far the most challenging of the three. Many fairway and green side bunkers, elevation changes, and some water hazards. If you cant get on Fox, then try The Willows it is fairly challenging and well worth the $.
Terrible
80% of the course was dead grass, weeds, or ground under repair. Dead tees followed by dead fairways with weed infested rough. Not sure what happened but I would not pay to play. The other courses looked ok so I would recommend playing willows. Staff was also unapologetic due to conditions when asked why. No excuse for these conditions in April.
New grass
The new grass hasn't grown in yet, so the fairways are all dried up dead grass. Wasn't bad to hit off of , looked terrible, poor footing.
Great course, but under repair
New fairways were planted last year, so they're all brown now thanks to a rough winter. Looking forward to when it grows in, should be nice. Greens had been aerated within the last month too. Just a bad time to play it right now, but otherwise a nice course that's pretty challenging.
THis course is Hilly!
Course is in good shape. Greens were smooth and true.
New 18th hole was in play today. Not sure if it is much of an improvement.
difficult hilly course
very difficult course but yet very fun to play super hilly
Challenging Arthur Hills Course
Excellent golf course with many elevation changes. Well done Arthur Hills design. Must take carts no walking allowed. Only issue was the drive to the first hole and back from the 18th -- has to be over a mile long, takes 5-10 minutes. Recommend highly.
